Was unpleasant odor in room and hallways No coffee pot, cups, glasses, other cooking utensils. Front desk could only provide paper cups after wIaitng 15minutes. Do not recommend at all!!!

The rooms were filthy; we saw stains on chairs, questionable residue on the headboard, water damage on the counters, food residue on the kitchenette, and the rooms smelled like someone had been smoking in the rooms for 20 years. Yes I said rooms, friends of ours had the same situation in their room. This is the first and last time that I will be staying in extended stay. I work in a hospital and felt filthier coming home from this establishment than coming home from an isolation room.

Had to request shampoo, towels(no maid service if youre not staying a week) just a very dirty room.

Armed cops & loud sex I walked into the hotel at Friday night at 9pm. There was a drunk resident running around the lobby without his shirt on, 5-min later three armed cops were there to address the situation. I was woken up multiple times through the night with people yelling or slamming doors or people loudly having sex. This was quite the eventful night.

I liked that despite the fact that we were stranded in Chicago,the lady up front didn't try to take advantage of our situation, she allowed us to stay until 3p.m. at no extra charge. Thank you, 1/11/2020 rm.326

Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere else. 3 times someone used a key card to try and get into our room without asking. We had a two day stay and we assume it was service but we couldn’t get to the door in time. When we called out nobody answered. We asked for extra towels to be brought up and nobody brought anything up. Service was not good at all. The headboard of our bed had some kind of dried up liquid stuck on it.
