Oversold Hotels.com secured a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel it was oversold by 2 rooms. After 30 hours of travel this was very much unappreciated.

Needs some upgrades. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and offer vending machine service for your snacks. You must drive to get any type of food, or order by phone only.

Broken night stand. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, waited till the person shows up. The room was decent, but had dirty mattress with many spots on it, the bedside drawer was broken laying on the floor. Cheap hotel, I would not recommend it to a friend.

Was unpleasant odor in room and hallways No coffee pot, cups, glasses, other cooking utensils. Front desk could only provide paper cups after wIaitng 15minutes. Do not recommend at all!!!

The rooms were filthy; we saw stains on chairs, questionable residue on the headboard, water damage on the counters, food residue on the kitchenette, and the rooms smelled like someone had been smoking in the rooms for 20 years. Yes I said rooms, friends of ours had the same situation in their room. This is the first and last time that I will be staying in extended stay. I work in a hospital and felt filthier coming home from this establishment than coming home from an isolation room.
