I specifically asked to give me a wake-up call, but they completely forgot and did not give a wake-up call in the morning. The floor and hallway were full of bad odor. There were some debris and scraps on the carpet inside the room. The towels, cleanex and papers were the cheapest I have ever seen. Noise level from other rooms, outside and heater/air conditioners were high. These are some of the experiences I had with this hotel last night.

Horrible cleanliness, but the staff handled it very well.

I was disappointed that the shuttle that they advertise is not even there. They said they stopped in April. The taxi cab company that the gentleman recommended was an absolute joke. I ended up late for my event. I came back to get change for a 20 for the vending machines and he only had enough change for 10. Their breakfast in the morning was an absolute joke. Facility near where I had to go in the morning. The desk attendant was very short with his answers, I was given A smoking room and the hallways filled with Marijuana smoke.

Front staff friendly, but house keeping sucks The first room they sent me too still had the bed unmade from the previous person that stayed in it. The second room they sent me to was occupied, they only found that out after sending me up 3 floors 3 times with different programmed keys. The third room, had the bed made but there was hair and recent stains in the shower tub. The front desk staff was nice but thats all I can compliment about.
