when got into the room trush did not cleaned,sheets are not in order,looks some one used the room

I dislike that rooms were never cleaned during days of our stay They only have housekeeper coming once a week

First room smelled like smoke, called front desk and they gave us another room. The 2nd room appeared to be clean but the counters were not wiped down and the head board had hand prints on it.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last person that stayed there. There was a dirty wash rag with hair all over it in the shower. There was hair all over the bed and towels, and one of the pillows didn't even have a pillow case on it. There was urine on the toilet and on the floor around the toilet. Also, I booked a non-smoking room online and when I got there all they had were smoking rooms.
