The whole experience was bad. Airport hotel that stopped running a shuttle to the airport last month. A kitchenette room with not a single glass, plate, cookware, not even a plastic cup in the wrapper in the bathroom. Furniture was dusty and bed spread had stains on it. Wanted to check out and find a different place, but everything was full in the area and thought getting $ back from Expedia would be a hassle. Oh, and was there for 2 nights and they didn't even come in and make the bed on day 1. This place is the pits.
It was clean but they had no dishes to eat off of or cook with. Every Morning they were out of coffee.
Low Rating Hotel was outdated and well worn. Front desk staff was not present for checkin or checkout. Left the room keys and called later to checkout. Bedsheets were stained and had hairs on them.

Unclean and in need of refurbishment First room we had to be moved as hair in the bed. Place was dirty and dusty. Inside cupboards were filthy and place was covered in dust. Telephone and lamps looked as they’d never been cleaned. The carpets in room was so dirty made your socks black. I definitely got couple of flea bites around my ankles. Breakfast was horrendous. Before I travel to Chicago, my husband called to the hotel and they said that they didn’t have shuttle, but actually they have. I paid $24,00 from the airport to there. The breakfast was a joke, just coffee, hot water, granola bars and muffins, nothing else.
Room wasnt ready at check in, when room was ready it was not even clean. Seemed like the sheets were just used and they just made the bed. Counters were nasty, not even wiped down
