Worst experience I checked in when I got to my room, the room was a mess no one cleaned so I went to frond desk they gave me another room when I got there same thing the room was dirty from previous people that were there before me! I called downstairs they told me they have no more rooms available so I had to stay in the dirty room !!!

There were bedbugs and the sheets had stains all over them. This is the most unclean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here!

Never stay at Extended Stay America again We forgot our ipad at the hotel, then we called back the same day. The receptionist told us to call back the next day because they needed to find it. So we called back the next day, the receptionist told us that they have the ipad and that will hold for us. So the following week, we came back pick it up, and when we showed up, he told us that they cannot find it! I am very unhappy with the whole situation! When we reserved our room, it stated that it had airport shuttle. This service was discontinued without our knowledge. $20 taxi ride. First room: filthy. Sheets were not changed. Evidence of bedbugs. Had long dark hairs. Bathroom filter disgusting. Bathtub very dirty. Was given a second room. We had to do all moving ourselves. Bottom bed sheet wasnt tucked in. I lifted it up to see massive pee stains.

The room was uncleaned when I came. The sheets were off the bed, the lights did not work. I arrived at 7pm not in the morning so everything should have been done. additionally the halls smelled of cigarettes
