Nasty Hotel and staff was terrible. I paid for a king size bedroom with the sofa and I given a queen size. I complained and I was told that they do it all the time. Terrible way to run a business. The staff has different guys who they have relationships with roaming around the hotel all the time. It’s a terrible play and I would recommend it to anyone

There was a towel with dried blood on it the room was cold we had to sleep in our clothes the refrigerator was nasty

The room was not clean. Example, the phone was filthy. I had to go to the service desk to get dishes, let staff know how dirty the phone was, she apologized and gave me cleaning solution and a wash cloth to clean it myself. The bathroom door was splattered with something that was even on the outside of the tub. I was told by staff our room was the most updated room. We had to move the bed away from the heating unit just to get in and out of that side. I would never stay there again.

Terrible and unfriendly Staff! Incredibly the Bed was made but when I went to bed I found no top sheet on the bed and CRUMBS on the bed bottom sheet . I dealt with it because it was 1am when I found this out . When I reported this to the staff the next morning they were totally unresponsive and uncaring . Not even a sorry ! Will never stay there again ! Felt I should of got some credit back but nothing !
