The hotel was really outdated and very poorly maintained. The room had a really bad smell and the bathroom looked liked it was not cleaned at all in between rentals. I will never stay at this location again.

Though the Staff was friendly and polite the rest of my experience was less than satisfactory. Signing a paper that said I wouldn't smoke, ok but the whole place smelled like smoke. Went to our room and one bed didn't have a blanket and neither beds had a top sheet. The pillow cover had a cigarette burn (we were in a nonsmoking room) I found hair in the bed and all over bathroom. The whole place stunk. The receptionist did change my room but that wasn't much better. I will not be staying here again.

The room was not ready at check in time. The wait was an hour, there was no restroom available during the wait. There was not any kleenex tissue in the room. Customer service representatives were rude and did not listen to my request. Staff was under staff.

When I came to check in no one was at the desk and I had to wait 30 minutes before someone arrived to check me in and the room was dirty and it stinked! No bathroom tissue and the ac/heat didn't work
