not good asked to check in early and told me i had to pay extra. Then when I finally agreed, the room was not ready. I came back after check in time because AFTER the original check in time at 3 and the room was STILL not ready. Staff seemed not to care at all!!

Smells like cigarettes and weed, the bed is hard as a rock, the ac heater is super loud, and the office chair was broke.

The toilet was broken the way the management handled the some of the other problems was a little bit over the top. What they call a continental breakfast wasn't even close two granola bars and coffee I mean come on. Had the stuff overcharged me for my room and also tried to charge me for my service animals and I will save registered service animals the room rate change from day-to-day when I booked it in advance just not a real good experience.
