Bathroom was disgusting Whenever, I walk into a room I do a quick walk thru to make sure it's clean. Well, the first thing I noticed was the crap splat that was all over toilet. There was hair on the tub and around the sink. Floors haven't been swept or mopped in a long time. The receptionist did mention that he was the only one there so I didn't bother complaining. We were exhausted and I had some wipes with me so i cleaned the toilet. There's posters about the products they supposedly use 😑 We won't be going back!

Upon check in I walked in to an empty front desk which led me to wait for over 30 mins for staff to help me. After numerous attempts to get a hold of someone he finally showed up and I was finally checked in. I also had ZERO rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, good thing I looked before I sat!! 8:30 on Sunday(check out day) morning my family was woken up by the fire alarm going off, when I opened my door to see what was going on nothing but clouds of Marijuana smoke in the hallways!!

First day we saw roaches! Staff was friendly and understanding! Are has more than enough entertainment. Other than Property needs more items to complete guest needs like silver Ware and etc.

Check in and out was unprofessional. No customer service at all. Charged us incorrectly for the room and it’s been a hassle trying to get it corrected. The hotel smells like stale cigarette smoke. One and done!!

There was no staff available at night.After a long day of touring Chicago,we couldn’t get any fresh towels.We had to use the same towels that was previously in the room.Breakfast was unavailable the next morning due to no staff at night .But the rooms were very nice and clean.

Disappointed! Overall the room was not cleaned. It took sometime for someone to attend a few customers that were waiting. This is the first disappointment in total years of service I’ve received from Hotels.com
