The room should never been reserved. Bedding missing, Mismatched, No Toiletries, Non Functioning Shower, Dirty. After several trips to the front desk to kindly ask for basic supplies-Was told the room had not been completely cleaned due to shower malfunction and was too late to move to another room except for a room with a sofa sleeper. Not what reservation confirmation stated at all. No compensation for problems and inconveniences offered at all.

I stayed two weeks in the hotel, the kitchen boards were disgustingly dirty, so were the doors and the windows. The carpet was smelling disgust, we kept the AC on day and night to cover the noise. The sliding doors of the wardrobe were impossible to close. The cutlery and pots and pans were all dirty and sticky. Considering the state of the room, the price were wayyy too high, I paid 1600 dollars for 14 days.

My Second & Last Extended Stay “Grab & go breakfast “ was coffee, a few granola bars & cellophane wrapped commercial muffins. The room was a little dirty. ( spots on mirrors & food stuffs on microwave) The front desk called on my third day of my stay to tell me I owed more money on my prepaid room, but could not explain why. Terrible non smoking rooms. Pretty average, it's old and reeked of smoke in a non smoking room. Why is there even an ashtray in a nonsmoking room. Definitely not worth the price.

Well at my arrival check in was smooth went to my room and the room hadn't been clean sheets and towels on the floor bed not made up then went to the 2nd room bed was very uncomfortable NEEDS to be upgraded A.S.A.P my husband and i woke up the next morning sore😩
