My stay here was the absolute worst I’ve never been exposed to bedbugs until my recent stay at this hotel. This is not my first time staying here at this hotel. I have bites on my arm and I also have a few pictures and when I notified them of the situation they seemed as tho it wasn’t a big deal I even called hotels.com to complain then I called the hotel to report the problem for the second time and they will not issue out a refund which is absurd.

Terrible stay worst experience My stay was terrible I was placed in filthy room once I went to shower there was dirt around the tub and when I woke up bed bugs were biting my arms I have a few pics but the app won’t let me upload I’ve tried several times. This is not my first time staying here on a business trip but I think it will absolutely be my last. I Didn’t Like How I Booked A Smoking Room Online And When I Got To The Hotel To Check In The Lady At The Front Desk Was Talking Very Rude Towards Me Saying That The Rooms Are “First Come First Serve” . I Didn’t Like That At all.!
