Staff at check in was not friendly and did not provide any info to get to my room. My room was not even cleaned yet. Had to wait in the hallway until housekeeping was finished cleaning. Hallway smelled like a garbage truck. Smell was coming from the trash room.

Very disappointing! Never again! I have already left a complaint via the Extended Stay America messaging system, on Sunday 10/13/19 eve. The auto-generated email said please allow 24 hours for a response from their team. Today is Wednesday 10/16/19, far beyond the 24 hours for a response. Even if one considers Monday a holiday, it is still past the 24 hours. Unacceptable. rundown and dirty Property is run-down. Looks like it has not been updated in the last 30 years. Carpet is worn out and dirty. Kitchenette drawers are dirty. Stove has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom was dirty. Found the bra of a previous guest in the bathroom. There is no housekeeping and you are supposed to bring in your towels and get fresh ones. Except, they didn't have fresh towels. At hotels.com they advertise "free breakfast". This consists of quaker bars.

They did not have one of the rooms we booked. They did however split the two people into two other rooms with no additional charge. One of those rooms smelled horribly of urine and the other the toilet continuously leaked all over the floor and could not get anyone to come fix it. This is our third year staying here and the place has degraded seriously since even last year. Alot of shady looking characters wandering around. Will be booking elsewhere for future trips.
Not recommended. Room was not clean, I wouldn't even consider putting my clothes in the drawers because they were disgusting. There was food left in the drawer of the night stand, that I did not purchase. Floor had not been vacuumed. Refrigerator was replaced on the first night because it was so noisy, and they did not clean up the mess on the floor.
