The staffs are pleasant. I like that it has a kitchenette although the room is not well taken care of. It smells like urine or there’s a foul odor

I booked at 12:25 am when I arrived I was told my trip was canceled through the system because I wasn’t there by midnight, but I booked after midnight and need to be refunded

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Actually a large toy from previous guest was left on bathroom floor. Entire room smelled of smoke. Including bed linens. Carpets were dirty.

Weekend Getaway We were totally disappointed that the TV didn't work the entire stay. The satellite was out & never got fixed. It was very disappointing because we wanted to spend the weekend relaxing & watching movies. When we checked in, there were no clean dishes & pans available. We had bought our own food to food so we didn't eat the first night. We got dishes & a pan the next morning. The desk service is very minimum but the staff is friendly.
