This property does not always have staff present at the front desk. They have a sign stating that their cordless phone is broken and to be patient. Resulting in standing their for unspecified times for assistance. I reserved a smoking room. Which as given away, resulting in me leaving my room to smoke. My Key deactivated four ties because I kept going out to smoke I suppose. Resulting in going back and forth to the desk which was not manned for key reactivating over and over again. The halls smelled and looked dirty. The room smelled like urine and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the ceiling was dripping water. I booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first night because it was so bad.

The refrigerator made a lot of noise and the sauna from the upstairs room made a lot of noise, staff wasn't able to provide an extra pillow

The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. Just gross.

The staff wAs great but the room was not clean. It had no toilet tissue, microwave was dirty, under the cabinets had trash, toilet was not clean , floor was not swept is just naming a few.

Didn't like this place at all I don't think I would go back to this one

good hotel in great area...…….lights were broken in the room, bathtub grout looked like it had been done 20 times, the pipes screeched when you pulled the knob up for a shower, the air conditioner was way too loud...…...and there was a service room at the end of the corridor that was way too loud. they could do much better

Everything is old, not clean. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but they wreaked of smoke. Staff said the second floor was smoking. It seemed the smoke circulated into our room. It appeared rooms were being checked out to vagrants. We were told people lived in some rooms for months at a time. Stingy with towels, etc. Grab &go breakfast amounted to nothing. We were checked in for 2 nights, but left after one miserable night. Were told manager would call us about refund for second night. We never received a call. Woul... read more
