The smell of cigarettes reeked throughout the entire floor and room. The room wasn't clean. The bed in the couch wasn't made and had candy rapping and food crumbs in it. The hotel didn't have the room I requested available. They changed my room to King without asking me

There was haur clumps in the shower the hallway reaked kf pot and people were very load past midnight on my wing and the floor above

Terrible stay Don’t stay there . They were rude and racist. Didn’t even clean the room very well . Made you come out of extra pay because they will kick you out if you don’t . They open your room door without your permission if you don’t have the latch on they will just walk in .

Had to change rooms upon checking in because my door handle did not latch shut to lock from outside. Cigarette burn hole in comforter. Had to take comforter downstairs to get it replaced. Rooms only cleaned 1x/week, very minimal amenities, I was in a smoke-free room but bathroom smelled like smoke, hallway also smelled bad outside of room.
