The lady that check me in at the front desk needs a new job she is not friendly at all

The hotel staff is very rude. There was a young lady that checks me and and her attitude is horrible.

Nightmare Did not stay due to broken furniture smelly not as clean rude front desk staff which desk was unattended for long periods of time burn holes on linen

The bathroom in my room was not cleaned. Had also products in the shower from previous guest. Never going back

I had a no smoke room and the people on both sides of me was smoke I had to smelled all night didn’t get no sleep because if that’ smoke I don’t smoke it all I stays there before It was just fine

Checked in after 10 pm after being at a wake all day. When he woke up in the morning to shower and go to the funeral we realized there was no shower curtain. There was no time to call staff and wait for one to be installed so a very wet mess was left for them!

The units need work, especially the bathrooms. Surfaces were peeling and damaged, making them very uninviting to use.
