Was sent to the wrong room twice. 1st time there was a gentleman already in the room. Good thing key didn’t work he was very aggressive about me being outside door. After being sent to the second wrong room my room was downgraded. Still was charged rate for the original room that I reserved. I’m calling them today

So very old with a smailly odor .😤😟☹

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at....The room was dirty . Burn holes in the blankets , bed was hard as a rock so were the pillows! If I had the money to have gone somewhere else I would have. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!

I got there and they said I didn’t have a reservation even though I paid the extra money for the guarantee. The Room smelled like cigarettes also.

The staff was not friendly and was prejudice. There was no working phone, no towels in the room, customer service was very off and they did nothing to try and fix anything. I will never again stay at extended stay!!!

Having to ask for such items as toilet paper, trash can liners, and an ash tray. We needed toilet paper the first day we were there. Housekeeping should have taken care of that.

Yikes !! 1-when checking in no one at the front desk for about 10 mins 2- It smell quite heavying of smokers smoke 3- room didn’t feel cleaned even if was 4- ANd this is unbelievable there was a “CONDOM “is the end table drawer

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Also stayed on the 1st floor & it smelled like cigarettes when the air conditioner was on. I think it was coming from people smoking outside.
