The room was very nasty the bathroom was unclean the bed was very musty.it took 45min to even get into the room due to the locking system not working properly,had to change rooms and was very disappointed with the stay......even after changing room came across said problems mentioned above........

Smoking rooms in 2018????? Dirty, had to request cups(cracked and chipped) coffee maker dirty, dishes on the floor in front of our door, bedspread stained, floors sticky. ....so wrong on so many levels. Smoke alarms went off at 2:30 A.M. due to someone smoking.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Sticky floors, even the carpeting was sticky. Bugs in the bathroom, smelled like B-O! We will NEVER stay there again

They do not have breakfast, only coffe, tea and oats

Room had cigarette smoke smell. Fire alarm went off at 2 am due to other guest smoking in their rooms. Staff was not helpful in cleaning up the smell the next day.

Run the opposite direction! They no longer take cash pymt. No where on Hotel.com does it state that. I waited 3 hrs to get in my room because they were overbooked, short staffed, had a large group of late checkouts so my room wasnt ready till a little after 6 when checkin is suplosed to start at 3. I arrived at 2:50. There was food left in the fridge, a dirty towel handimg in the bathroom on the shower curtain rod, cigar wrappers on the floor and caked on toothpaste on the bathroom sink. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in due to no staff at the front desk. Had to yell for someone to check us in. Got up to the hotel which entirely smells like smoke and the wood floor was so sticky our feet stuck to the floor and on top of that there was hair in the shower and scum like it had never been cleaned from the previous occupant.

I reserved a non smoking room because I don't smoke. My room is fine the first time we came in but when we came back the room smell smoke. We have to run the fan in the bathroom all night so it will circulate the air. The smell didn't go away I can taste the smoke all night. I think somebody is smoking by the exit door and it was circulating in our room. Not happy at all.
