Our room has really bad smell and floor/carpet was sticky. I don't recommend this.

Couldn't check in between 12:45 am and 1:20 am because of a "computer update". Really sucks when you got tired kids. Side door didn't shut by itself either.

The tv and the phone was not working. I called the front desk. They gave me a.number to call so i had to fix the tv myself

Not What Was Expected... The minute we walked into the lobby it had a “different” smell, not the smell of a clean hotel. When we stepped out of the elevator on our floor, it smelled of cigarette smoke, and was extremely bad down the hall to the room. The room itself was a decent size, furnished, but very dirty. The pleather couch, counter tops, desk, and tables were all covered in dust or something. All the drawers were dirty with hair etc. in them. Great at cleaning, lousy at housekeeping 2nd night here inside a week - BEAUTIFULLY clean - Except I had to request a pre-clogged and dirty toilet be cleaned, A/C in room 1 did not work, and there was not a SINGLE towel in room 2.

Not so happy Soon as we arrived they placed us in a room that was dirty!!!!! They then put us in bigger room which was nice and i appreciate that but it still was not clean ... no blankets no shower curtain no towels all bad!
