Arrived to the hotel at 4 pm and our check in time was 3 pm. Staff told us our room wasn’t ready but would be ready in 5 min. We waited 15 min to hear back and were told that the room was still not ready. By the time we were able to go up to our room it was nearly 5 pm. We were not the only guests at the time that were experiencing similar issues. Staff was not apologetic or understanding about the issue. Expect issues if you book with this hotel.

The bed was extremely hard and made noise every time I moved.

The room was dirty. Hair on the vanity and in the bathroom. Floors were sticky. The pull out couch mattress was ripped and stained. The entire facility smelled like smoke with air freshener.

Not pleased Booked hotel and paid immediately and when we got to the hotel they said there weren't any rooms available. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours then given the keys to a room. Went to the room and the cleaning "staff" was still in it and we had to wait in the hall. There was one adult and three kids cleaning the room. We ended up checking out early the next day due to ants and the room smelled awlful.

I traveled 6 hours to attend a funeral, it's 1am, the hotel manager tells me they don't have the room I booked. I booked two queen room & had to take one queen room...per management Expedia overbooked their rooms. The manager stated that the whole area is booked but would call around to try and get another room...that was an insult because he knows that there aren't any other rooms available. Not so good stay Keeps getting worse at this location and will not be returning. From waiting over 45 minutes for the pots and pans to some family causing a problems at 4 am in which the police had to be called. Last time I stayed the pillow was dirty and had a foul smell.

Disappointing The bathroom had not been cleaned, stool marks on toilet bowl, hair in sink and tub. Found leftover food on top of kitchen cabinet. We were in a hurry to get to our event and chose not to ask or another room. Others would have probably done so. I did not shower due to the dirty tub. Disappointing breakfast choices.

Checked in around 9:30pm room was filthy, no toilet paper, not towels. It literally looked like someone was in the middle of cleaning and stopped. Crumbs and food debris left in counters. Of course this made me skeptical about the bedding. No one was in staff to clean the room and had to go back to the desk to grab towels and tp. The lady at the desk was nice and sympathetic which is why the only pleasant thing about the trip. The manager discounted the room but I would have rather just got a clean room.
