Great check in with Ashley. she was very attentive Unfortunately, my mini getaway was ruined about 30 min ago as I was startled out of my sleep at 2:26 am as my room door was opened. then 2 minutes later, I got a call from a man at the front desk apologizing because he though the room was available so he sent a guest. at 2:26 a,m,??????? I now have a chair against the door and the light on because I cannot go back to sleep. I don't know whether to call Westmont police and have them come to escort me to the front desk to ask... read more

New manager sucks Place was fine before they hired a new rude manager! Ashley is the best thing at this property!

rude staff.. no tissue.. what hotel runs out of tissue?

Disappointed I didnt get all the rooms I booked(all but one). I had to change rooms 3 times and that was very frustrating. There was a roach on one room and the other room the t.v. didn't work. The lady working the front desk was very nice.

Not pleased at all!! Wish I could get a complete r The room still had trash in it from the previous person. The sink leaked. It had a bad odor to it. But everywhere else was booked and I could no longer drive

I did not stay the night. There were bugs!! This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. There were bugs and I immediately. I will never step foot in this place again.

Bed bugs Bed bugs. Nothing left to say — any hotel with bed bugs should be shut down.

Dirty No one in the front desk, we went up to the room there was food in the fridge from previous customer. The drawers had old papers in it, and under the sink a bag full of garbage and little flies. And a broken toilet. Go somewhere where they check each room before booking. Ugh disgust
