Very annoyed customer! I was told they had no rooms after i had a paid reservation! I end up finding out that they had plenty of availability but the rooms where dirty from prior guests and they didn’t want to clean them! This info came from a employee that pulled me to the side and told me! While I sat in the lobby the front desk host was very very rude heartless and talk to you as if you was trash She turn 3 guests away with the same lie regarding no rooms! They also had reservations! horrible, only plus is location My experience was horrible. My kids, my mother and I had just driven 7 hours. We got to the room and it was filthy. There was pet hair, (and my daughter and myself are highly allergic) and the table between our two beds had some ungodly sticky substance on it. We walked into the bathroom and there were men's boot prints in the tub. And no shower curtain. I called the desk and she told me she could 'run one down'. I booked the room at the last minute. The room they put me in had not been cleaned! Food was still in the refrigerator, the bathroom light was out and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The front desk clerk was very professional and kind!! She switched my room and it was a little better, but as I walked out my room I noticed the rugs had not been vacuumed and trash was in the garbage cans. The floors to my new room were sticky and the air conditioning unit was loud! I would not go back to this property again.

Very marginal b'fast - coffee and granola bars. Understaffed - indifferent service. I wouldn't go back

No towel after shower After shower then found there was no towel in the room. Then tried to call front desk. The front desk said there was a fire drill and with another customer so she couldn't come to send towel. Told me to wait 15 minutes. Finally I used a hair dryer to dry myself. The hotel is close to 83 and it is still noisy in the evening.

condition refrigerator leaked and puddle of water stayed on the floor, had to keep getting it up. Bathroom toilet was flimsy and too low to the floor. Cheap toilet seat. had to ask for towels, no wash cloths. Stale smell to room. Noisy because air condition filters had to be changed. Did not feel comfortable leaving strangers in room to remove air conditions and replace filters. Notice on door from the health department giving them notice to get certain things done.
