I wish I would have took pictures Then I arrived in front on the hotel it was about 6 man standing in front of the hotel. I left to go visit friends in the city I came back 10:30 pm more men hanging in front of the hotel smoking and hanging out I didn't feel safe. When I check out the next day same thing sitting on the ground smoking and talking loud. Not to mention the cabinet doors in the kitchen were dirty and the bathroom bass hair in the sink and bathtub I check out a day early.

Dirty and unfriendly We have been several times in this hotel (under other hotel name) but the hotel is not at the same level as before. First room was dirty (water dropping from top to kitchen floor, bed towels were dirty and hairy), no kitchen equipment at all in there. After complaint we got a new room which was not cleaned at all. Staff was not very proactive and helpful and wanted to charge us again even as we had already paid before our stay.

Repair issue Broken curtain rod. Soap dish ripped out of bathroom wall resulting in mold on the wall. Jammed cabinets.

The doors aren't locking so you can't leave anything inside if you step out. No bueno

Very Disappointed I in general like to stay at Extended Stays in this chain but that is now a thing of the past. The staff was aloof, facilities in general decay, and the mattress on the bed was so broken down on one side to the point that one could make out where past users had sit on the edge of it to put there shoes on. Thumbs down!!!

Not sure if I w would come back There was no clerk when we arrived. It took almost 15min. Before she came back, not sure where she was but, there was a line wait ing for her when she retyurned

Ok hotel We called them to make sure they cleaned our room and left fresh towel never got done had to go both days and get them at the desk
