Different than expected They gave us two flimsy towels and 1 roll toilet paper. Very limited and marginal "grab and go" breakfast...was more like grab and throw" breakfast. No services thereafter. Had to pay $25 plus tax to get in room 2 hours early (1:00) so we could attend a wake we were in town for. We were told they hadn't charged for that in the past but now they were cracking down on guests for this "service". I would not stay there again.

Disgruntled There were no face towels and it was suggested we use hand towels for our face. We retrived them the next morning from the front desk.

The absolute worst Extended Stay America. Room 1 - The room the first week was just filthy, dirt and hair all over the floor, which I understand they will miss some, but it didn't look like they have swept in a few weeks. And also there was hair all over in the bed and no toilet paper. I thought I would give it another shot and stay again this week and now I am in a different room and it is even dirtier. The staff is competent but not available. Grab and go "breakfast" is misleading. Mini breakfast bars, coffee, tea, and dried oatmeal are offered, but only to those who get there first.

Very unclean room. Previous guests garbage and even dirty socks were all over the room. Also the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. So the choice was to not be able to sleep because it was too hot in the room or not be able to sleep because you're getting blasted by cold air.

Floor was not clean close to the walls. Found long black hairs on bed sheet for pull out sofa. Bathroom sink was cracked and was patched. Why not replace it. Just looked tacky. Won't be ever staying at Extended Stay again.
