Reqursted two queen beds was told there didn't any Then had no cart to take my things to take my things to my room. No hangers the whole trip. And no housekeeper the week had to get are towels , front dest was no help. Breakfast was called grab and go. I'll never stay there again .

Stay in Westmont Your internet service was horrible. We could not connect and we were on the phone with your IT department for over an hour without resolution. The front desk could only show us how you should be able to connect to the internet so that was a waste of time as well. What was worse was that they didn't "own" the problem but instead, blamed it on "corporate". I was even offered a wifi upgrade and was told someone in the IT department would call our room and this never happened either. Very very disappointed. Woul... read more

Poor service The room was not clean, the tub had hair in it from a previous guest and was slimy. The toilet had to be flushed from inside the tank, the room was not stocked with toiletry items. There were no hand y'alls, washcloths, or soap (of any kind). The kitchenette was not properly stocked with kitchen items, not even a coffee pot. The comforter had stains on the underside, the floor was not vacuumed upon our arrival. A frustrating experience. We asked about an early check in and they said there were rooms available. So my girlfriend and I head to this hotel a couple hours early and they give us an occupied room! I went back to the desk to tell them and they give us another room with no problem, but this time a maintenence worker randomly walked in the room because apparently the rooms sink was not working properly! Ac had mold spots, smokers in the non smoking area, strong smell of marijuana and no atendent on duty to complain

Nasty hotel The toilet wouldn't flush. The floor was dirty the back of the door had sticky old pop or juice on it. The bed was very small and hard as a rock. I had to bring my own bed sheets to feel ok to sleep there. Guest service is very rude. If u have money to go else where please do so. I will never return here

Very uncomfortable, my first room was 131 which had food unswept and each bed sheet was cover with hair on them. I explained to the front desk and the very nice young lady moved me to room 116 which was a little better but still had hair on yhe sheet. I was very uncomfortable through the not and would probably never vist again. Customer service was amazing but the cleanliness was very unsatisfactory

Wrong room and a bug Reserved a king room with a sleeper sofa and they changed the room to a two queen bed room and I called hotels.com to get things straight then the clerk said my room with the king will be ready the next day. After an hour on with hotels.com I gave in to the two queen room because it was after 11pm and I had drove 400 mi and was tired. I went in the room and saw it was not too clean, fridge was rusty had a smell, there was a big bug on the table.... so never again!!!!
