Check out always takes unnecessarily long because there is never anyone at the desk. I was also not informed that after purchasing cookware/silverware that we could keep the items and so I left everything in the room. Requested a refund or compensation of some sort but have yet to hear back

Don’t book here The room was disgusting, bathtub was peeling and only had one pillow. The other room they gave us got even worse, the door had no lock, the towels had poop stains, and the sink was gross

There was apparently no staff available. No coffee pot, no phone in room and a barking dog across the hall who barked all night

This place listed on the advertisement that they have free breakfast included. When I checked in I was informed that no breakfast available anymore let alone free. This was disappointing. But, hey, this is not all! I ordered a couple of toys from Amazon, and I could pick up all of them except for one from the front desk. My son was expecting this dinosaur toy. Not a good one. Got to the room and laid down and realized there was gum all under the sheets and was itching all over cause of it. Sheets weren’t changed or cleaned

This place is horrible when we went to our room the carpet was soaking wet we took our shoes off and our socks got wet the room smelt like it was molding and musty they did give us another film but it also had a bad odor and the halls smelt like pot this place is beautiful on the outside but the inside is just horrible !! I would not stay there for free

Don't rent here Roaches, leaking pipes, broken shelving, curtain rod fell and hit my husband in the head. Kitchen sink doesnt have working hot water. ceiling damage, hot plates in kitchen do not work well.light fixture between the 2 beds has a short in it. Bathtub is damaged and therefore a health hazzard to use.
