The room that we had smelled like cats, which was the worst feature of the place. I realized why when I saw tenants walking their dogs. I liked the kitchen and the location.

Staff was almost never at front desk. Bathroom in the room was nasty, only one toilet paper in the room. Their “breakfast” was more like a snack and coffee. Tv not working properly nor phones.

They didn’t have a room available and nobody has fixed my issue since then. I didn’t stay with them

We stayed here for a Cubs game. Firstly the staff was personally nice, however I feel like they were faced with limitations beyond their control a bit. Our toilet was clogged up and at one point overflowed. I requested maintenance but there is no maintenance on the weekends so I was forced to get extra towels and a plunger myself to attempt to fix it which I never could. The property is old and in need of a renovation. It was not clean. I was also surprised that an extended stay with access to a hot plate had no cookware at all. Front desk staff was rarely available without calling first. Key cards were given without checking ID when our cards quit working.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived to check in and waited for 15 minutes after calling the front desk and someone answering from another floor. They came down and assisted. When checking out in the morning there was no one at the front desk and the coffee container was completly empty. I had to call the front desk and they answered from somewhere else.
