Easy check in! The young women that checked me in had a bed bonnet on, she was very dirty looking, the facility hallways where not clean, asked for two extra towels never got them! Will never stay at this type of hotel again!

How is this hotel even open? I got there and it immediately smelled like funk in the lobby as well as each floor in the hotel. I got there and my room was not ready, which was not professional because I had already reserved my room ahead of time. The hotel overall is dirty and smells once again. The tub was filthy . Front desk staff were often missing. When I first checked in, I was given keys to a room where someone else was staying. Breakfast was very minimal, with only packages of instant oatmeal to combine with hot water and snack bars. No juice, eggs, or other breakfast items were provided. The second room they gave me was clean.

Roaches There were roaches in the lobby, so I did NOT stay at this hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I never stayed. I showed up with my confirmation and was informed there were no rooms available. The clerk was awful. 11pm and I had no room. She did not care. Trying to get a refund, but Expedia is unreachable.

I would never stay here again. I had to wipe everything down in the room with Clorox wipes. Room wasnt clean, tv was missing powercord. Staff was terrible
