I had a problem with room, but reception helped and fixed it immediately. Building older, not maintained well, but at least stuff is nice. No breakfast( just coffee and some candy bars)...

Dirty, slow service, needs remodel Sticky floor, not cleaned. Elevator & hallway smelling of weed. Front desk many times not there, very slow to respond. Kitchen countertops very delaminated. Nice neighborhood. Have been steady pre-covid customer. Probably will not go there again.

I waited so long for an employee to help check me in and check out. The room was gross and out dated.

Wifi is "included" but, it is never operational. Front desk gives you the option to "upgrade" for a fee. Garbage. Cable doesn't work and front desk provided a number to call - which was not helpful. Dogs barking in the middle of the night, loud people nightly in the hallway. Entire place smells like a smoker's retreat. Take earplugs, double-lock your doors.

The hotel was very dirty especially the hallways. The hallway smell very mildew.Not House keeper in sight. They gave me a room with a broken refrigerator. Customer service sucks there no one was never at the front desk. Very disappointed
