Not what I expected. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette. The kitchen did not have any cooking utensils, silverware, cups or pots/pans. When I inquired about this at desk. I told that they sell those items there. This would have been good information to have prior to booking the room. I also inquired about clean towels from housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks! I was able to exchange my dirty towel for clean ones, if I brought them up to front desk. Overall, the stay was not what I expected.

Staff unappreciated The only reason my work stay was pleasant was the fact that Destine the night desk clerk was above and beyond helpful. She greeted me with a smile and not like the other evelyn the most unfriendly miserable desk clerk. It displays she isn't very happy in her job. Back to the only reason I would stay again at this particular hotel is Destine an excellent employee very people oriented and focused on providing the best experience for the many guest she encounters. I thought it was a non smoking facility and definitely wasn’t, had to go buy air freshener because it smelled so bad. Blood on the bathroom floor. Supposed to have 2 queen beds and they where full size. The Air didn’t work and it looked like a bunch of druggies hanging around inside and out.

By far the worse place I have stayed in resent years. I have stayed in better road motels. Theu have no front desk staff at night so you have to call someone to "come down" for a late check in. The room has absolutely the minimums, the sheets and towels are old.... terrible!!

Awful This is not a hotel it’s an extended stay. There’s never anyone at the desk and it’s very noisy so if you’re looking for a place to have a good nights sleep this is not the place for you. The beds are on some type of spring and whenever you move it makes the loudest noise and the mattress moves off of it. There are bed bugs so bring your bug spray!! If you’re use to great and friendly customer service this is not where you will find it. Stay away from this place!!

Don’t expect anything from the front desk I was told multiple times I could come down to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Was told instead to come the next day. This went on for almost a week. When I called to complain about it, support hung up on me. Terrible place, but super cheap. Might call support and let them know, but with support like that, I do not know if that is possible.

It smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallways. It was so bad it took your breath. The room was clean but the mattress was worn out and had a broken spring sticking up through the cover. No hairdryer, no coffee pot, 2 towels and wash clothes for 3 people.
