Can’t judge a book by its cover When we arrived no one was at the front counter and the gate was completely closed. When we walked around the building there was a lot of homeless people sitting / standing & smoking & we tried to get someone’s attention inside while no one on the telephone picked up. Ironically the side door was open which was helpful but unpleasant because you’re suppose to have a key. Get away We had to wait 20 minutes for the attendant. We were told that they were taking a shower.

Poor hotel The hotel’s cleanliness was poor. The walls are thin and the other guests were incredibly loud. There were many people sitting on the floor in the hallways and in the parking lot. I only stayed one night of the three nights booked because I did not feel safe.

Terrible hotel! No amenities, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, two flat pillows on a queen size bed. Molding pieces were missing and the door to the bathroom had a gap between the door and the wall making the door hard to close. The toilet handle was broken making the toilet run constantly unless you took the toilet back off and messed with the chain. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I am sure there is not much they could do with the atmosphere but that is the down side. The room was minimal at best, there were cigarette burn marks in the counter, the floor was sticky, and it smelled of cigarettes with a second undetermined unpleasant underlying odor and bad cologne which to the facilities credit was attempted to be covered w the smell of cleaning products. The property was conveniently located near the highway, shopping and restaurants. The hotel charged for extra linens, pillows, turn-down services and had zero kitchen supplies to use in the suite unless one paid an outrageous fee. There were no toiletries in the room except 1 roll of TP and a single bar of hand soap. Coffee maker, iron/board were extra fees too.
