This place must be for people who have no other place to go. No coffee, no dishes, no supplies except a towel. Questionable cleanliness of sheets. My dorm room in college was luxury compared to this unpleasant space.

This was the worst experience of my life. We arrived at 10 p.m. after 16 hrs on the road and our room wasn't ready. The girl at the front desk said we would have to wait 15 minutes while she made our bed. I believe it had been rented out earlier that evening. The bathroom was filthy and I slept in a desk chair afraid of bed bugs. If we hadn't been so exhausted, and not worried about drug deals in the parking lot, we would have slept in our car.

We were greeted in the hallway to the smell of marijuana and then a used, deflated air mattress and broken down cardboard box outside of our room. Inside, one of the main lights was burned out and two of the three lights were burned out in the bathroom. The edge of the bathroom wall, behind the door, was filthy, as if no one had bothered to check there while sweeping. The stopped for the sink was broken. I arrived at site to be told my reservation was cancelled without informing me via phone or email and the manager was unhelpful and rude . Very poor service overall. Left me without a place at 10pm with 2 dogs in a strange city with poor weather and dog tired having driven 12 hours.
