The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I am sure there is not much they could do with the atmosphere but that is the down side. The room was minimal at best, there were cigarette burn marks in the counter, the floor was sticky, and it smelled of cigarettes with a second undetermined unpleasant underlying odor and bad cologne which to the facilities credit was attempted to be covered w the smell of cleaning products. The property was conveniently located near the highway, shopping and restaurants. The hotel charged for extra linens, pillows, turn-down services and had zero kitchen supplies to use in the suite unless one paid an outrageous fee. There were no toiletries in the room except 1 roll of TP and a single bar of hand soap. Coffee maker, iron/board were extra fees too.

Since we are more of an extended stay, we offer limited amenities. This place must be for people who have no other place to go. No coffee, no dishes, no supplies except a towel. Questionable cleanliness of sheets. My dorm room in college was luxury compared to this unpleasant space.

This was the worst experience of my life. We arrived at 10 p.m. after 16 hrs on the road and our room wasn't ready. The girl at the front desk said we would have to wait 15 minutes while she made our bed. I believe it had been rented out earlier that evening. The bathroom was filthy and I slept in a desk chair afraid of bed bugs. If we hadn't been so exhausted, and not worried about drug deals in the parking lot, we would have slept in our car.

We were greeted in the hallway to the smell of marijuana and then a used, deflated air mattress and broken down cardboard box outside of our room. Inside, one of the main lights was burned out and two of the three lights were burned out in the bathroom. The edge of the bathroom wall, behind the door, was filthy, as if no one had bothered to check there while sweeping. The stopped for the sink was broken.
