I arrived at site to be told my reservation was cancelled without informing me via phone or email and the manager was unhelpful and rude . Very poor service overall. Left me without a place at 10pm with 2 dogs in a strange city with poor weather and dog tired having driven 12 hours.

Mayhem!!!. Loitering everywhere!!! This place is literally NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET!! Waited over an hour in an unsafe environment fot the manager to decide to show up. Shame needs new Manager 5 minutes away!!!!

Not very clean. I got a kitchen it had no pots no utensils nothing. Very few towels no toiletries. Disappointing

Not a good experience We came in late after a long drive. The place looked dark and there wasn't anyone at the desk. There were 4 buses in the parking lot from Migrant workers. Many of them still up and hanging around outside. It was too late for us to find another place to stay. We finally got someone to check us in. The room was very sparse. Just beds and desk and chair. Overall experience was lacking. We booked a nonsmoking room that had the worst cigarette smoke odor I’ve ever been around. It left our clothing reeking of cigarette smoke. Being in the room gave me a headache the entire time, and it was difficult to sleep because of the smell.

Front desk girl awesome, hotel not so much. Room was very bare. Curtains were wooden mini blinds that let ALOT of light in the room (even at night with the streetlight). Had a kitchen but nothing provided so had to buy a pot, pan, and disposable dishes. No bathroom soaps or washclothes were available either (said they were out).
