The girl at the front desk tried to cancel the booking and making us pay again even though i paid through Expedia already. The check in time was five hours late because the room wasn’t ready.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Property was ok when you 1st arrive and go to the desk, check in, and pay. Once you walk through the door to the actual hotel, it's a different story. 1st thing was we were assaulted with a horrible smell. Only way to describe it was a combination of urine, seafood, and Marijuana. There was trash in the hallways. The room wasn't much better. Rust on the stove and in the microwave. This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever booked the pictures that are posted on this site are not even close to the actual conditions. I walked in to my room turned heel and walked out. The hotel charged me for the full stay. This is definitely a bait and switch on hotels.com part.

From outside it looks good but inside is very dirty and smells so bad!. Trash on the floors,elevator nasty- looks like it has never been cleaned, hair on linen. I booked for 12 days but left the 2nd day to a better one. I will NEVER book this place again.

Disappointed Hallways were not swept full of dog hair and lint, there was no hot water, too many wondered out in the parking lot and the front desk was not available at setting times. Beds were too small to sleep 2 people at one time. Other than that it was alright.
