This place was horrible, homeless people all around the building, beds inside were small. Little kids hanging outside looking to do something bad to someone.

There wasnt a way to checkout early. The front desk wasn't open until 10 a.m. There was not a key drop available either. I would not recommend this place!

Terrible. The elevators were broken and room was on 4th floor. Mind you I had a service animal so was very inconvenient. The room was not equipped with more than half of the amenities that had been expressed by the person making reservations. There were no blankets for bed, was surprised there were at least sheets. Very unaccomodating. Will never stay here again.

Third Floor Walkup Front desk was closed when I first came in at 5:30pm “Helping another customer” Ten minutes later was assigned a room on the third floor and when I found the elevator, discovered it was out of order. The stairs are not clearly marked, so I had to return to the office for directions to carry my luggage to the third floor. No coffee maker

Cockroaches dirty property dirty hallways elevator broken stuck on the 4th floor was not a good time I would not recommend this place to anyone
