Very disappointed! Exterior of building was very nice. Receptionist was amazing! But once we got onto our room the floors were very dirty! How hard is it to sweep a floor? The bathroom floor had water coming up from the floor so the receptionist immediately got us another room, there we here food slamming all night long!

Horrible dirty smelled awful!!!! Horrible! Smelled like dog poop! Awful smell in room. Dog across from our room barked all night! Shower was broken. Called front desk and said someone will check it but no one came. We were tired and just went to bed. Customer service from pm was not friendly at all and refused to help me. I will never stay there again!!

The unprofessional “manager” This was the worst hotel experience ive ever had in my entire life. the most unprofessionl manager ended up firat loosing my reservation and then getting an attitude with me on the phone when i insisted that I did have a reservation, to by to almost the end of my reservation the manager kicked me and my family out because they never charged us for the dog that I put on the reservation and wanted to back charge for 3 weeks. GM Stole Prepaided Room! My prepaid room for a week was literally stolen from me by the GM and given to her friends or family. I've met people since who have had the same issue on long stays paid in advance there. I had just spent a week at your other Woodspring Suites on Chestnut before booking and paying for a week at your Airport location.
