The outside condition of the property was unkept and the inside was not much better. The place was dingy and not very clean. There was dog urine in the hallway on the 2nd floor where the assigned room was located. The room was dingy and didn’t feel clean. I call the front desk and told them I couldn’t stay there and ask for a refund which they agreed to. I booked another place to stay. It’s also not in the best area of town.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Third night of 3-night stay was cancelled! They didn’t even call and moved all stuff to storage in a big garbage bag!! Property manager said we can’t help! Seriously!! Personal belongings were stolen. Wifi never worked! Somebody opened the door and tried to get in but luckily they couldn’t because of manual metal lock we had put on. We were on vacation and every night we come to hotel, I had to spend 1 hour to get my keys reactivated because front desk is closed!! Seriously?? Stay away!... read more

This hotel is crap if you lose your key there's no one there to give you another key.until 10 the next morning, on top of that their selling drugs there.

Trash and empty alcohol bottles everywhere on the property and much more. I found a different place to stay and had to pay the first night anyways. Staff was rude

Trash cans full every where especially outside by front door. Check in very slow. Girl needed help. Check in window closed up at 3 pm. Had to buzz for attendant to open up and check us in. She was slow but courteous. Needed help. Food was in our fridge. Opened milk. Eggs. Lettuce. Lots of trash in parking lot.

The hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Police entered right behind us to deal with a situation on site which didn’t make a great first impression. Needless to say I didn’t feel safe staying here. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the rooms don’t seem clean. No toiletries provided either. Would never stay again.

I would rather sleep in my car This hotel is trashy. Dirty elevator. 2 towels for 4 people. I called to desk for more and they said they were washing them all and didnt have clean ones available. My check in was at 3pm and my room wasnt ready until 5:30pm. The blinds were super dusty and dirty. The side of the bathroom sink was taped to hold the siding on.
