I like the location but the property was littered with trash, systems were down so we couldn’t get in our room for an hour. When we got in our room it had a strange over scented smell between sweet freshener and wet old laundry. My sheets had hair all over them and when the front desk (whom was very nice and did all she can) gave me fresh sheets, the sheets had hair on those as well so I’m assuming it was from the dryer? Beyond horrible ! When walked up to the hotel trash was piled up in front of the entrance including meditation bottles. No one is at the front deck to check you in. There's a phone in the lobby to call lobby a 500 number but it took many calls to get someone to answer. Once we got the key to our room and proceeded inside there was bens and bags of trash all along the 1st floor hallway. Once in our room we noticed the bed looked like someone had been sleeping on it. This was the worst place! People live at this hotel and there's people oitside all day and harrasing the visiting guests. I had to change my reservation and they canceled my room then wanted to charge me more for booking. They charge you and undisclosed deposit beofre arriving and the GM refused to assist because they front desk clerk bothered her to assist me. Do not stay here, you will regret everybsoending your money here

Staff was friendly. We were not able to do early check-out. This ruined our plans for the day since we had to go back to check-out. Staff was not present before 11am have never had this issue before. Unfortunately I would not recommend.
