Guests were very noisy at night. Heard The guest next to me coughed for like an hour. Hope he didn’t have COVID-19.

Don't stay here! I was at the hotel for about 30 minutes before going to another hotel. Upon entering the room at WoodSprings, I could smell a smoker had stayed in this room. I asked the desk clerk to come to my room and smell the smoke smell. He said he was a smoker and could not smell the smoke. There were no other rooms available, so i went to another hotel in the area.

It took about 40 minutes to get someone down to check me in. Smelled horrible, was really dirty, was really loud all over. It was real uncomfortable. Slept a little and left. It was pretty gross in all respects, will certainly not be staying there again.

Never again The front desk made me leave a day early said because they couldnt charge my interenet that i already paid for. week subscription for internet the day after i had paid for the room for a week somehow i didnt get a. Full weekk didnt want to comp me for the night taken front desk(alisha) used racial jargon when the discussion escalated and told me at least i have 13 to pay for my room n***** and slammed the shutter . on the contrary, day one everytging was paid and next day so was internet.
