Rooms were not that clean my towels were dirty had a make up stain on one did not even use it . Staff didn’t want to give me more towels area kinda ruff

Nowhere to get any help- front desk closed. Need hairdryer? To bad, operator said it’s not an emergency. Room comes with toilet paper and two plastic cups. And some dog food on the floor!

Guests were very noisy at night. Heard The guest next to me coughed for like an hour. Hope he didn’t have COVID-19.

Don't stay here! I was at the hotel for about 30 minutes before going to another hotel. Upon entering the room at WoodSprings, I could smell a smoker had stayed in this room. I asked the desk clerk to come to my room and smell the smoke smell. He said he was a smoker and could not smell the smoke. There were no other rooms available, so i went to another hotel in the area.

It took about 40 minutes to get someone down to check me in. Smelled horrible, was really dirty, was really loud all over. It was real uncomfortable. Slept a little and left. It was pretty gross in all respects, will certainly not be staying there again.

Never again The front desk made me leave a day early said because they couldnt charge my interenet that i already paid for. week subscription for internet the day after i had paid for the room for a week somehow i didnt get a.
