I would rather sleep in my car This "hotel" is awful. The place is dirty, smelly and frankly more of a housing shelter than a hotel. There is absolutely no aspect of this stay that was acceptable, Hotels.com should remove listings from this brand.

Don’t book here I made my reservation Three days before or trip. We pulled into the hotel at 9:15 the night of our check in day. Took over 15 minutes just to get someone to help us after I called fir someone in the hotels phone. After we had someone help us out she said our room wasn’t ready but the she would go up and check on it. So after 35 minutes of her being gone. She said it was ok to continue the check in. Charge too much for what you get. Fees for everything! Most uncomfortable beds. Only front door worked , all others broken. Filthy hallways. Dog food swept in corner of hallway and left for 2 days. You have to purchase a coffee pot and pay fees for extra towels or linen. WiFi is a joke , again pay fee to get it or get the same quality free. Would not recommend at all. Staff was never at the desk. Shutters always closed.

Horrible First had to dial a phone and wait 20 mins to check in, bed was very horrible and uncomfortable, holy crap never again, can hear people through the wall
