First time in SC, experience was disappointing. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Phones in rooms don't work. Chairs in room had stains. Hair in bed sheets. We had to sanitize the whole room. Elevator look dirty. There was no Do not disturb sign for doors, so i left the a bag of trash outside by the door like i've seen other rooms do. Trash was still outside after 2 days so i removed it. It would be nice to NOT have crumbs and hairs in my supposed “clean sheets” on the bed ... this was one of the worst stays ever,,, only because the property was not bad however there overseeing of cleaning the rooms and clean sheets would be nice!!! Shame on the management!!

The bedspread was not cleaned.Got some bites all over my body. Housekeepers not doing their jobs moreover no supervisor on ground. Everywhere dirty.
The rooms are dirty, dusty, sheets and blankets were not clean, no clean towels , no hot water, the staff was not pleasant and rude, and the cleaning personnel are thieves, the beds felt like there were things biting yoh wjen u sat on them, and the rooms have a nasty odor to them. Our son forgot his playstation in the room and when we checked out by accident. When we called about it they said nothing was found in the room. Pretty hard to miss when it was in a nice carry bag.
