No heat in room my wife and I both got colds!!! Left at 6am that morning, couldnt take it!!! The toilet was broke. No handle to flush stool!!! It was terrible. We first got there they sent us to room 221 which was already occupied by another guest! It was just a terrible experience and we would like a refund back!

Great location not so good hotel This hotel was dirty my room floor was filthy and our bathroom room towels were dirty so we went and bought bath towels plus when I booked room it looks good online but in reality it’s not but the only one good thing was location.

Disappointed with overall age and state of room. It was dingy and uncomfortable. Best part is its close location to Ft Jackson, which is why we picked it (being very unfamiliar with South Carolina). Staff was professional and kind. It is the state of the rooms themselves - This does not live up to other Extended Stays I have frequented. It would've served us better to have stayed further from Ft Jackson and to have been more comfortable, than staying at this location.

Only thing I liked was that it was close to Fort Jackson. Dirty, leaky faucets, dirty, and they don’t clean your room you have to take dirty towels to the lobby and ask for new ones

No idea how this place had such solid reviews on Expedia. It was a total, complete dump. No better than a Motel 6. There was a constant drip in the shower, the walls were paper thin — to the point that you could hear conversations spoken at a low tone, and other people’s alarms on their phones to wake them up. The refrigerator had dirty stains at the bottom, the carpet had stains, and there were stains in the shower.
