With a reservation of two months early, when I arrived to the hotel with my family we had the surprise that they don’t have any room available for my stay and they want to resolve with a “ I’m sorry we don’t have available rooms”. They don’t offer any solutions for the issue. I had to claim for a solution with a other room. They only offer a room with only one bed for a family of four. Just plain bad Not sure where to begin. The room was dirty, including the refrigerator which way disgusting. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no warm or cool water in the shower, only scalding hot to the point you couldn’t shower. There is no housekeeping. They have kitchen ware for the kitchenette but it is first come first serve, so good luck getting that. The room smelled awful, to the point all our belongings smelled just as bad after check out. They sold our our room out that we had paid for. They, at least were kind enough to send us to their sister location further away from our destination. It was not good place to say.

Room booked was nonsmoking. The assigned room was smoking. There was trash piled up in the hallway. There were other guests in the breezeway smoking marijuana.

They didn't offer a wake up call but said there was an alarm clock in the room. No alarm clock. The carpeting appeared to be dirty and was rather well worn. Staff wasn't very friendly. No breakfast room. Food and drinks were stuffed into the tiny reception. No where to sit just appeared like false advertising when several people were rammed into the reception area trying to get to coffee and cupcake size muffins. Never again at Extended stays.
