AC didn’t work The ac doesn’t work it’s super hot and uncomfortable the hotel had a sign that said it was booked out front so there was no reason to call and get another room and I couldn’t cancel the room

Pillows were one inch thick, Bed was clean but the floor was very dirty and capet stained. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Worst Hotel I’ve Stayed At We were here for Ft Jackson graduation and if it weren’t for our late night arrival we would not have stayed. The room smelled disgusting like old stale cigarettes and some other nasty smell. The floors were stained and weirdly sticky, even the carpet. The beds looked like they weren’t made so we got fresh sheets to make our own beds. The bathtub was disgusting. We had ZERO hot water. Ice cold showers were not fun. The beds were hard as rocks. There were only a few problems with the room, but they were fairly significant issues... For starters, the fridge door was rusted in places, as well as missing some shelf components inside. The overall paint and moulding job for the room was unsightly, with walls appearing warped and deformed under the paint job.
