Could see light around door, hot air blew in. Hair in bed, had to obtain clean sheets and remake. Generally dirty room, sticky bathroom floor and what looked like melted lip gloss on bathroom counter. Bathroom fittings loose. Sticky fingerprints all over fridge. We spent an hour cleaning the room upon arrival. T.V. reception VERY poor, phone didn't work. No amenities in kitchen, upon requesting plates/cutlery we were told they had one spoon and one knife. Just no Bedsheets smelled like urine. Given new bedding that I used to remake the bed myself. Smell still persisted so, I can only assume the issue extend to the mattress.

My son got stuck in the bathroom. When we moved rooms and the second bathroom was dirty. They just gave us cleaner to clean it ourselves.
