Dirty room. No towels.. No coffee pot. Not enough pillows. Poor tv reception. Noisy on interstate side. Smelled like cigarettes. Never again will I stay here.

Room smelled, place had no wake up service. No business center.

I could hardly stand it.. The entire place was filthy! Walls in the walkways, the elevator, the room. My phone never worked. I. Called the office and they said they would take care of it and they never did. I will not use hotels. Com again. EVER!

Stay away!!! Horrible experience. Nasty, stinking, major roach problem. Would not recommend at all. Canceled 2nd night stay. For the occasion we were there, I put on group Facebook page for other families not to reserve rooms there.

The front desk wouldn’t let me checkin 1.5 hours earlier without an additional payment even though I needed to sleep after a very long days drive but the property was very noisy with guests who seem unsafe to me. The atmosphere was low grade with guests hanging outside smoking stuff, loud, lack of cleanliness. I felt very unsafe for me and my vehicle plus the noise was unbearable even with a white noise machine and tv on! I had to leave after 3.5 hrs I would like a refund.

Where are the towels? One of the amenities, was dishes, pans to cook with. These were not enough for even four people. Was there for my son's boot camp graduation. Very dissatisfied with service. Could not receive fresh towels during our three day stay. Refused to give a receipt for my stay. Will not be staying at any of the Extended stay hotel chains. 😟. Thank you for one of the staff for providing the pans and dishes ( as many as she could provide) my son loved that I cooked a small meal for us.

Tub leaked the bathroom floor full of water, The toilet rocked back and forth on a 1.5" front to back. 1/4" crack under front door, over all dirty and big bug was walking up the wall. Find a newer, nicer place.

Pros: The towels seemed clean.Kitchenette unitl Cons: Overall gross environment. Dead cockroaches outside first floor doors. The entire campus has stinch of stale beer and cigarettes ( I myself drink beer and still noticed th stink) The bath sink top had what appeared to hopefully be used toothpaste splotched all over. Only a couple squares of TP, and no spare rolls in room. The microwave had something splatteted all over inside and out including buttons which require touch for use.I am not a germaphobe, but had to catch mys... read more
