Stay away. I have no words

1st, for a one night stay, if you have a dog you will have an additional 27$ fee added that upgrades you to a 3rd floor room with dirty towels and used soap. Floors were grody and dresser was broken. Best part of all was the roach in the kitchen and the condoms by the chair. 10/10 wouldnt recommended. Ive had cheaper stays nicer than this place.

demasiado cara tenía reservado del 27 y llegue porque se atraso el vuelo el 28 a las 4 am y tuve q esperar hasta las 6 am porque no había nadie, y me hicieron pagar el día ese y me fui el 29 en la noche por la peste a mariguana q había en mi habitación al final pague todo completo son unos estafadores todo roto y asqueroso.

This extended stay is dirty and unsafe. Staff was rude. Never again.

Very Well Hidden and GPS is no help. The location is very well hidden and cannot be seen from the main road. There are no signs at the shopping center entrance you are suppose to use. The drive to the motel is a twisted half mile drive through the shopping center parking lot. When I called the front desk, the snarly night clerk couldn't give directions and said I was was the first one who couldn't find it. The elevator smelt funky. No ice machine on site. There is a strong smell of cigarette and weed in the room. Lots of characters drinking at the parking lot.

Poor service I went for my brother military graduation. I check in at 5:45pm and I get an emergency call From my son. At this point I haven’t even go inside the room yet after we check in we went to have dinner after 9 hours drive. Went to the front desk explain what happen and see if they can refund me at least half because I didn’t even went inside the room the answer was NO. You need to pay the full night. We had driven all day and were very tired, the person in the next room played loud music until 11 pm. it appears there is no elevator and we were on the third floor, that's a lot of stairs with 2 loads of luggage! The desk person was no help at all and ignored us as much as possible while reading from her phone. Breakfast was instant oatmeal, warm water and granola bars.
