My rent a car front window broken. This place very dangerous. I’m not recommendp this place.

When I showed up, they double booked the room, so basically the first come got the room, even though I paid well in advance for the room and even paid extra to insure my room We ended up sleeping in our car and showed up to my daughter's military graduation looking like we just crawled out of a dumpster. It was very embarrassing. The customer service was great, but the room was disappointing, the floors were sticky so I took a wet towel and began wiping the floor after doing so the towel was disgusting and black, definitely was not mopped, a dead cockroach was laying in the floor and the beds were not comfortable at all. I will never stay here again. Would not recommend

Ended up leaving to get another motel in the middle of the night.

Roaches and mold Well we had two dead cockroaches on the floor when we walked in, then we had mold on the shower curtain and in the tub. It was a very uncomfortable night. Im glad we only had a few hours to be there as we got there at 1 in the morning and left at 6 in the morning.

DISGUSTING The elevator stunk but we tried to ignore it. We went to our room and as we got ready to sleep, we looked at the sheets. They were disgusting and they had blood, hair, what appeared the crumbs, we honestly did not know. There were sticky spots on the floor. The bath tub was sticky and slimy.
