The customer service was great, but the room was disappointing, the floors were sticky so I took a wet towel and began wiping the floor after doing so the towel was disgusting and black, definitely was not mopped, a dead cockroach was laying in the floor and the beds were not comfortable at all. I will never stay here again. Would not recommend

Ended up leaving to get another motel in the middle of the night.
Roaches and mold Well we had two dead cockroaches on the floor when we walked in, then we had mold on the shower curtain and in the tub. It was a very uncomfortable night. Im glad we only had a few hours to be there as we got there at 1 in the morning and left at 6 in the morning.
DISGUSTING The elevator stunk but we tried to ignore it. We went to our room and as we got ready to sleep, we looked at the sheets. They were disgusting and they had blood, hair, what appeared the crumbs, we honestly did not know. There were sticky spots on the floor. The bath tub was sticky and slimy. We went downstairs to get new sheets when they hesitated to give us new sheets. We game them the dirty sheets and they gave us “bedbug sheets”. NEEDS RENOVATION The refrigerator was covered with rust - the bureau was beaten up - the shower would not connect completely and the $27 fee for the dog was exorbitant considering the condition of the room!
The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was out dated and dirty for what you paid. They allowed dogs on site. There was dog urine all over the sidewalks, the elevator always had strong smell of pot. You had to ask for coffee pots, hair dryer or any extras. The grab and go breakfast was a muffin and cup of coffee. Not kid friendly. Had homeless people hanging around begging from customers. Stayed here for daughters graduation and will never stay again
