The property is pretty run down.. No house keeping it said on request. I was told it was only every 14 days. On lady that worked there was rude. I got stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes. The bathtub had cigarette burns and the tub faucet to turn on shower on worked half way so half pressure in shower. People staying there smoking dope in the hallway in front of rooms.

The hotel is in a very good area. We booked three (3) rooms. Two double rooms and a queen room. The rooms were dusty and not cleaned well. There were pistachio nut shells under the chair and bed and we found a pamper under the chair as well in the queen room. One of the other rooms had cockroaches in them and the other wasn't ready when we got there. The TV in the queen room wasn't working, it was missing a power cord. avoid The room smelled like dirty feet, non-smoking and cigarette butts all over the grass in front of room. Left a day early due to the possible effects of hurricane Ian and tried to change the reservation at the desk....zero assistance from staff. Overall, I would avoid ever staying at extended stay america.

Friendly staff who were very helpful, downfall of the place was the constant smell of weed and cockroaches running across the floor. Not a military friendly place with it being so close to Fort Jackson.
