Quite possibly the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. VRBO should never use this listing again! The room smelled horrible and felt so dirty, I didn’t even want to take my shoes off! Upon opening the refrigerator, we discovered a cockroach. That was the last straw. I proceeded directly to the front desk and check out. Worst VRBO experience we have ever had!

I have been scammed at this property! Upon checking in I asked kindly for a noon checkout due to a meeting I had to be in wifi to conduct as I am traveling to the area. The staff said no problem but it will be a fee of $10 and you can pay that at checkout. I said, "no problem." He even confirmed he would leave a note for the morning staff for me. Bugs were in room... Room wasnt up to par per there 10 or 12 step cleaniness..

Very unsafe Unclean, trash left on floor, dresser drawers would not stay closed and was not safety mounted to was. Very unsafe we had a toddler staying with us.

When I first arrived the woman behind the counter was very friendly. Normally I say the first impression sets the tone. I wish that were correct for this review. Sadly, this was the last pleasant experience I had at the property. There are signs that say the rooms are smoke free, my room smelled like a casino full of smokers.
